Screaming into the void (223/365)

Attempting to do wolf-howls and relieve the stresses of the day by screaming while alone in a car with all of the windows closed is a perfectly normal thing to do, isn't it? Asking for a friend, obviously.

(Friend notes that it doesn't really relieve the stresses of the day, and they should probably just take the time to stick some loud angry music on Spotify and sing along instead.

Friend further notes that some people might be given to remark that there isn't much to choose between their singing and howling anyway, but it's not like those people are in the car at the time, so whatever.)

Another friend notes that both howling and singing along to loud angry music are agreeable. Needs more work to determine quantifiable evidence of stress relief, but it feels good while it happens anyway.

I like smashing bottles into the bottle bank, but last time I went to a bottle bank it was just a big wheelie bin and you couldn't make the bottles smash.

Ah yeah, I used to rather enjoy putting our glass in the big on-street bin and listening to it smash, but now we have a mixed recycling wheelie bin that you can't put broken glass in (which is much more convenient, but less satisfying)

Perfectly normal. So long as standing on a beach and cursing the IOM on the horizon at full volume is normal (not that I've done it for a while).
