Jacket of many colours (269/365)

I made a jacket out of leftover bits of cotton twill, and lined it with an old duvet cover.



The back is quartered in the purple and blue (I was originally planning to do the same with the front, but forgot to flip the pattern pieces so it ended up half and half).

I am very pleased with it, and am now considering making more jackets out of other leftover fabrics.

I love this! I have a big old vintage padded jacket which is this sort of shape but not quite right (a bit too wide, sleeves too long, some weird tears/gaps in the front patchwork) - I wonder if I could alter it to be more like this shape? What pattern did you use?

This is the Belmore Jacket by Muna and Broad, but there are quite a few similar patterns around at the moment!
