Not at home (179/365)

For the first time in about ten months, I am not at home. Instead, I'm in my parents' house, for the first time in nearly 18 months (we saw them last year but only outdoors).

This feels very strange, but it's good to be here.

It's quite odd, but also feels surprisingly normal, because obviously this is somewhere we come a lot and it's pretty much the same as normal (give or take my dad's health).

Very sleepy, occasionally a bit confused. Suddenly looking like an old man. (I'm kind of storing this away to process later, and being glad that I'm getting to see him at all.)

It is! The way case numbers are going we may just be taking advantage of a temporary lull, but I'm glad we've been able to get here.
