How old are you?
Mid 40s (almost exactly; 45 in May).
Tattoos?
No. I'm really not keen on the idea though I know lots of people love them.
Ever hit a deer?
No, nor any other kind of animal (except insects, probably).
Ridden in an ambulance?
No
Sang karaoke?
Yes, a quarter of a century ago in a gay bar in Coventry. There were four of us: two women, two men, so we sang 'Summer Nights' really, really badly. On the other hand, at least it made a change from all the couples singing 'Endless Love', mostly also really, really badly.
Ice skated?
Occasionally as a teenager, but I never dared to let go of the barrier.
Ridden a motorcycle?
No. I am starting to suspect that I am a very boring person.
Stayed in hospital?
No.
Skipped school?
No, I was far too scared. It took me most of my first year at university to get brave enough to skip lectures. (I then skipped most of them, and quite a lot of seminars as well, in second and third year.)
Last phone call?
I think it was probably T at lunchtime, though I might have had a phone call during the afternoon at work and forgotten it due to extreme triviality.
Last text from?
jadesfire letting me know whereabouts in the pub she'd found a table for knit night.
Watched someone die?
No.
Pepsi or Coke?
Neither, I don't like fizzy drinks in general or cola in particular.
Favourite pie?
I don't think I could pick just one, though I'm sad that I have not yet managed to try a macaroni cheese pie while in Scotland, because that sounds amazing.
Favourite pizza?
Pizza Express's 'La Reine' (proscuitto, olives, mushrooms, tomato sauce, mozzarella) with extra artichokes. Though I can't remember when I last had pizza out, and at home we normally just get the Pizza Express pepperoni pizzas when they're on special offer and I have extra olives on mine.
Favourite season?
Spring. Once it would have been autumn but my SAD has got so much worse in the last ten years or so that even though I love the first cool mornings I mostly dread autumn now.
Broken bones?
Possibly a toe.
Received a ticket?
What sort of ticket? I got a parking ticket once because I didn't realise that the parking spaces outside the flat T had just moved to were restricted parking on Saturday mornings as well as weekdays.
Favourite colour?
It used to be purple, but these days I seem to gravitate much more towards blues and teals with splashes of yellow and orange.
