Joy in small things is something I believe can get us through the hardest times. It's why my first tattoo was a flying crow: they look like they as flying for the sheer joy of it, and it is to remind me to take pleasure in what little ways I can.
So I wish the same for you. Strength and the joy in small things. I hope your 2019 is better than you fear and indeed better than you hope!
