Reading: Society Favourite

Volume 7 in the Comfortable Courtesan series sees Clorinda expanding her social circle while making several visits to friends and country house parties during the summer. Even by the standards of the series, this is not a particularly eventful book, but it's just as delightful as the others and was the perfect choice when I wanted something gentle and soothing but still absorbing.
