May's already promised Ruth Davidson, leader of the Scottish Tories (as you'll know, they had a bit of a resurgence this time round) who, incidentally, is lesbian, that there'd be no changes but as a trans woman myself, I've been thrown off the sledge enough times over the past forty odd years to be taking that with a very large pinch of salt.
