It doesn't look quite so dramatic a boat neck as some are, it might be ok.
I expect I probably have recommended Oliver + S to you before. As with so many things they probably suit some body shapes / are better matched to some body types than other (they do me well, better than some others) so it might be that I suppose. The instructions are good and clear, and they help you to work out better ways to do other things, so from that point of view alone I would recommend giving them a try some time if you can find a pattern that might suit. On the O+S blog they have some helpful other styling photos, by their testers, that might help to get other senses of what it might be like?
