It really points to why the strike is needed. (Oxford didn't meet the threshold, and I am not in UCU anyway, for various reasons including that I think my brain would actually explode if forced to deal with the conflicting pressures of you-must-go-to-work-unless-you-are-at-death's-door and the union telling me not to go to work.)
